The Hive features many Brooklyn-based crafts beers and liquors as well as domestic wines that are in many instances organic and/or sustainable and bio-dynamic.

Sommelier and mixologist Thomas Hemmings travels the world curating wine lists and specialty cocktails. For The Hive, Thomas created a bee-inspired specialty cocktail menu that complements our food offerings. Our cocktails use all homemade pressed juices balanced with seasonal herbs and flora that are innovatively blended with well-balanced liquors. He lives in Florida with his wife Laura and sons August and Indiana.
